By conducting business with me you accept the following terms..

🎨 Design Materials

• I'm happy to work with existing assets you already have, just let me know upfront.
• To get started, you must send me a game screenshot, brief, or moodboard. This helps shape the visual direction early on.

💰 Pricing & Payments

• For detailed info please refer to my

  Pricing Sheet

• I require a 50% upfront payment, PayPal or UK bank transfer are both accepted.

• The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.

🛠 Revisions

• I don’t limit the number of revisions..However:
  • If exploration becomes excessive, a second exploration fee may apply.
  • If a substantial change is requested towards the final stage, I’ll charge a fee to rework all changed elements.
  • Revisions requested after 3 days of final delivery will lead to a £25 fee. If revisions are due to a clear mistake from me it will be free of charge.

⏳ Turnaround Time

• My usual delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks.
